This site describes a hotel with one gaming room in it. The age for that room in England is 18. Under 18, the room is shut and so is this part of the site.

Nothing is played on this site

ribbonhit.com holds no stake, no account and no money of anybody’s. There is no game here and nothing to install. All of it happens in one room on Guinea Street.

Accuracy

Hours and numbers are kept up and may still be out on the day: a shut table, a room off, a kitchen running thin. Nothing here is an offer. You have a booking when we have confirmed it to you directly.

What is ours

Text, photographs and drawings on this site belong to us. Quote a sentence with a link. The pictures and the drawings stay on this site, and nothing here is to be credited to anyone else.

Links out

Where we point at a timetable or a ferry, that is convenience. We do not control the far end of a link.

In the building

Staff may refuse entry to the vault, the bar or the building and may ask anyone to leave, without giving a reason. It is almost always drink. It is not a negotiation. The kitchen serves once.

The site

It is static files, hosted commercially. It will be down sometimes and we claim nothing else.

Liability

We answer for what we get wrong in the building. Our liability for loss arising out of using the site is limited to the extent the law of England and Wales allows. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
