Storage
Reviewed 31 October 2026. Written for ribbonhit.com, about this warehouse.
All of it, in one table
Two values, in the browser’s local storage, written here and read here only. This site sets no cookies at all.
| Key | Written when | Value | Reason |
|---|---|---|---|
| ribbonhit_age_ok | The age question is answered | yes | So it is asked once per device |
| ribbonhit_consent | The storage bar is answered | granted or denied | So the bar stays answered and the signals follow |
What runs first
All four Consent Mode v2 signals start at denied, set in the head of every page before any other code runs: ad storage, ad user data, ad personalisation, analytics storage. It is not a correction applied after a tag has fired, because no tag fires.
If one were added
GA4 would leave _ga and _ga_CONTAINER here, two years each. Google Ads conversion tracking adds _gcl_au and keeps it three months. Neither is here. Neither would appear before somebody chose Allow.
Changing your mind
Storage, in the footer of any page, brings the bar back. No writes denied and switches the four signals off at once.
Blocking it yourself
Every browser can block storage for one site. Blocking it here breaks nothing: you get the age question every visit, which is correct, not broken.
Not here
No social pixels. No fingerprinting. No session recording. No third-party fonts at run time, because both faces come from this domain. No CDN. Open the network tab and every single request is to this domain.
